We keep this simple, because that's how we do everything. Here's what we collect, why, and what we will never do with it.
What we collect
- What you give us: your name, business name, phone number, approximate monthly card sales, and anything you write in our forms — on the savings check, the Responder Reset page, or the partner page.
- Merchant statements: if you choose to upload one, we receive the file you attach. You're welcome to black out account numbers — we only read the fee section.
- Bookings: if you book a call, Calendly collects your name, contact info, and chosen time under its own privacy policy.
- Usage data: with your consent via the cookie notice, we use cookies and similar tools (such as web analytics and the Meta pixel) to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising.
How we use it
- To contact you about your savings check and run your statement audit.
- To respond to Responder Reset and partner inquiries.
- To improve the site and measure which of our ads actually help people find us.
What we never do
- We never sell your information. To anyone. Ever.
- We never share your statement with anyone outside our team, and we delete it after your audit.
- We never use your information for anything unrelated to finding you savings or answering what you asked.
Cookies
On your first visit we ask whether you accept cookies. Decline and the site works exactly the same — analytics and ad-measurement simply stay off. You can change your mind anytime by clearing this site's data in your browser; we'll ask again on your next visit.
Service providers
We use a small number of tools to run this site: our website host (which processes form submissions), Calendly (scheduling), and — with your consent — analytics and Meta (ad measurement). Each handles data under its own privacy policy.
Your choices
